Yihui has a Master degree on Information Technology. He has 15 years experience in information security industry. He is a seasoned technologist with extensive experience in information security and engineering management. He has expertise in cyber security, host security and software security with a focus on threats analysis and prevention, reverse engineering, dynamic/static analysis, software hardening and penetration testing, etc.

Jun has a Ph.D. on fracture mechanics from Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). More than 10 years experience as a research scientist, Engineer and Manager in offshore industry.
Jun has extensive experience on structure integrity analysis related to fracture and other failure modes; very good competence related to linear/nonlinear (local/global) FE analysis of offshore structure and pipelines; has been working in various research, JIP and industry projects for offshore/subsea/pipeline structures' integrity assessment and integrity management.
Jun has extensive management experience as project manager, customer service manager and line manager.

Tao has a Master of Engineering degree from Shanghai Jiotong University and Master of Science in Business Management degree from Norwegian Business School of Management. He has more than 20 years of experience in maritime and offshore industry. He has worked in varied locations in Asia, South America and Europe, both in technical and management position and has extensive network in the industry. Tao has a wide experience with class and statutory systems, risk management, vessel life cycle management, regulatory and vetting regime, as well as asset integrity management.
Liyin has a MSc degree from University of Strathclyde. He has around 10 years of experience in maritime industry. He has extensive knowledge of class systematics, especially in structural approval for Offshore vessels and special ships

Kai Wang holds a Ph.D of marine structures from Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and two master degrees, one from Politecnico di Milano in Italy, and one from Harbin Engineering University in China. Kai has strong R&D experiences in developing different floating wind turbines as well as related theories and simulation tools.
He joined Aker Solutions as Naval architect since 2014, specializing in design and wave loads calculation of floating offshore structures
